A little background on Brian, the owner of VEIL:
He was a paratrooper in the US Army and has experienced combat in Afghanistan in 2009 & 2010. Keep in mind that 2010 was the deadliest year of the Afghanistan campaign for Coalition forces.
Brian operated as a machinegunner, grenadier and team leader. Speciality positions within a combat team for a PIR, requiring a level of proficiency beyond that of the basic light infantry rifleman. He is well versed in combat application of the rifle, carbine, machinegun, and other weapons, in close quarters battle and close combat (0-500m). Additionally, he understands site security, safety and, how to protect and secure an area from various threats and nuisances.
As early as 2008, Brian wanted to form the security and instruction company now known as VEIL. He has been preparing himself for ten years to accomplish the mission of protecting people and assets, and instructing students. After a decade of careful study and real-world application, he is now ready to pass on his technical and tactical knowledge to those willing to learn valuable skills, and to protect those wise enough to place their trust in his capable hands.
David A. Houston was part of 2nd Battalion 2nd Marine Division from 2003-2007. Working in communications his objectives were to locate, close with and destroy enemies by fire and maneuver tactics while maintaining communications between allied forces.
After 8 yrs of military service he continued to use his skills in the private security sector. Traveling across the US providing private security, for multiple agencies, in continued support of physical security and communications. Setting the basis for him becoming the Senior Vice President of Veil P.S.P., his skills and background have been tested for over a decade.
